Cornerstone Accepting Registrations for Leadership Week

Cornerstone is still accepting registrations for its Leadership Week teen summer camp. Youth should visit www. as soon as possible to register, and permission and registration forms can be downloaded from the downloads page.


Leadership Week, an intensive workshop designed to teach students about being a good leader, will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, July 11-15 at Cornerstone.  The $60 cost includes materials, food and excursions. Activities will take place at Cornerstone with various day trips in the region focusing on service, goal-setting and team-building activities with an emphasis on identifying and developing personal leadership skills. Day trips will include visits to Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana, SCAN (Stop Child Abuse & Neglect) and Vincent Village, which provides affordable housing and support services to homeless families in Fort Wayne.

Cornerstone’s teen summer camps are made possible in part through grants from the Foellinger Foundation, Indiana-Michigan Power/AEP, NIPSCO and the Allen County Commissioners.
